I’ve the feeling I may’ve stumbled upon it with friends this weekend. It came out of nowhere, and graced us with a sound we’ve never heard from a V6 Mustang before, misfiring and backfiring as it tried to mess with us. :p

I have a friend with a 99 V6....... It’s........WORSE. I’ll vid it. To be fair though, my friend’s is an exhaust leak. This appears to have this sound intentionally.

I mean, when you have the same motor that was in my mom’s Windstar minivan, I don’t know why anyone would imagine it having much of any go. :p

The Mustang V6s of that era were pretty much tractor engines. My 2004 Honda Accord’s V6 makes 50 more horsepower out of almost a liter less displacement, and only 5 less lb-ft of torque.
